A new program has been created: Female prisoners can significantly shorten their sentence in a new institution called Special Treatment Prison. This institution has fewer rules than other prisons. Prisoners must stay alive, but they can be humiliated as many times as the prison guards think it is necessary. They use their belts and canes for every tiny fault, even for greeting newcomers.
